How we operate
The Lilburn Remodelers Behind the Scope Sheet
We list every part of your remodel with its price, coordinate the trades under one contract and give you one project manager to call from first visit to last.
Talk with the people who'd price your job: (000) 000-0000Why We Start With the Paperwork
Most remodeling arguments trace back to a vague estimate. A line that reads "bathroom, complete" leaves both sides guessing about the tile, the fan and who pays when the subfloor turns out soft.
So we write scopes the long way. Each task gets a description, the materials get named, and every item gets a figure. You read it, ask about anything that looks off, and sign when it matches what you want built. Changes along the way go through the same process.
One project manager handles your job from the first walkthrough to the last, and the trades work under one contract with us. That keeps the scope, the schedule and the answers in one place.

What You Can Hold Us To
-
Prices you can trace
Every figure on your scope connects to a described task or a named material. If a total looks high, you can find the item responsible and decide whether to keep it, change it or drop it.
-
Answers from the person in charge
Your project manager knows your job because they scoped it. Questions about cost, order of work or a change go to that one person instead of a rotating cast.
-
Changes priced before they happen
A request of yours, or a problem found behind a wall, gets written up with its price. You approve it or you don't, and the work follows your decision.
-
A year of coverage
Work we complete carries a 1-year warranty. If any of it gives you trouble in the twelve months after close-out, the number you started with is the one to ring.

Ask Us How a Scope Gets Written
If you have been handed vague bids before, call and ask how we would break your project down. We will go through what the scope would list and the decisions that shift the total.
